Cards

  • Can cards be personalised?

    With many of our designs it is possible to personalise these. Please contact us to enquire further.

  • Will I get a physical card?

    Yes you will. All of our cards are printed on high quality card stock and delivered with a high quality envelope.

  • How long will delivery take?

    For our standard stock items we aim to have these with a courier service on the day of ordering. Delivery is typically within 1-2 days.

    Personalised items may require an additional day.

Illustrations & Prints

  • Will I get a paper print?

    All of our custom illustrations and prints are digital files only. These can be downloaded and printed to your requirements as many times as you wish.

    Printing and delivery is available (Dubai, UAE only) - please add option to cart.

  • How long will my order take?

    Each illustration is hand drawn by our in house artists so please allow up to 2 weeks for the completion of your personalised illustration.

    If your order is urgent, please contact us to see what we can do.

  • What is needed for a Portrait Illustration?

    For our portrait illustrations, we usually ask that you send a few photos of each person.  They don’t need to be the exact poses or set up of the illustration you require – just tell us how you want it e.g. Dad on the left, child facing forwards, hair from 2nd picture but dress from 1st picture etc.

  • What is needed for a Hogwarts Illustration?

    For our Hogwarts illustrations a clear picture of the person to be illustrated is required – please add in anything specific e.g. include glasses, hair shorter etc.

  • What is needed for a Venue Illustration?

    For the venue illustrations, several photos and/or a website link are helpful.  Please tell us anything specific e.g. viewed at a side angle, include main steps, add flowers to foreground etc.
